Our forged wheels use 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billets, offering superior mechanical performance compared to cast aluminum wheels. The production process includes:
Primary and secondary machining on lathes
High-precision CNC milling
Edge and corner polishing
Pre-treatment before coating, including multi-stage deep cleaning
Painting and powder coating
High-temperature curing
